DAY 1 - SAT.
Welcome to Florence
Your journey begins in Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance and a paradise for art, culture, and shopping. Settle into the 4-star Hotel Paris, a charming boutique in the heart of the city. Spend the afternoon exploring elegant boutiques and artisan shops, at your leisure indulging in some of Italy’s finest fashion and craftsmanship. In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner at Terrazza Rossini, a stunning rooftop restaurant offering delicious Tuscan cuisine and breathtaking views of Florence’s skyline. The perfect start to an unforgettable adventure!

DAY 2 - SUN.
Journey to Spa Resort – Exploring Siena & San Gimignano
After breakfast, we’ll depart Florence and travel through Tuscany’s rolling hills. First, we’ll explore Siena with it's stunning medieval streets and Piazza del Campo. Then, we’ll visit San Gimignano, known for its iconic towers and artisan shops. Here, we’ll indulge in its famous gelato, considered by many to be the best in Italy. By late afternoon, we’ll arrive at the luxurious ADLER Resort, where you’ll have time to explore the resort and settle into your room before enjoying a gourmet dinner.

DAY 3 - MON.
Relaxation & Wine Tasting in Montalcino
Spend the morning pampering the goddess in you—unwind in the thermal pools, join a yoga or fitness class, explore the charming town of Bagno Vignoni, or simply relax and deepen connections with your fellow travelers.
In the afternoon, we’ll venture to the winery Tenuta Mastrojanni, where we’ll dive into the world of Montalcino wines. Taste Ciliegiolo, Rosso di Montalcino, and Brunello di Montalcino, expertly paired with gourmet finger foods to elevate the experience. Return to the resort for a delightful evening and gourmet dinner.

DAY 4 - TUE.
Savoring Tuscany: Wellness & Cooking Class
Spend the morning indulging in the luxurious offerings of the ADLER Spa Resort—relax in the thermal pools, take a detoxing sauna or book an optional (not included) massage.
Afterward, we’ll gather for a hands-on cooking class, where you'll learn to prepare traditional Italian dishes. This culinary experience is a chance to connect, share stories, and discover new skills before indulging in a gourmet dinner and a relaxing evening at the resort.

DAY 5 - WED.
Bike Adventure & Artisanal Cheese Experience
Enjoy a leisurely morning, relaxing at the resort or exploring Bagno Vignoni. For those looking for adventure, an optional e-bike tour through the rolling hills of Val d'Orcia awaits—an area renowned for its breathtaking Tuscan views.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit an organic cheese farm in the breathtaking Val d’Orcia countryside. Learn about traditional cheese-making techniques, meet the local producers, and savor delicious artisanal cheeses while taking in the stunning Tuscan landscape.

DAY 6 - THU.
Rome Bound—Orvieto & Civita di Bagnoregio
After a delicious breakfast, we’ll check out and head toward Rome, stopping to explore two stunning medieval towns off the beaten path: Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio . Afterward, we’ll check into the 4-star Hotel Ponte Sisto, where you'll have time to freshen up before heading out for a classic Roman dinner or a delicious pizza, savoring local flavors in the heart of the city. Our accommodation has been carefully chosen for its charming setting in the very center of Rome, within walking distance of all major landmarks and areas of interest.

DAY 7 - FRI.
Explore Rome—Optional Colosseum or Vatican Guided Tours
After breakfast, you’ll have a day to explore Rome at your own pace or team up with the group for an orientation walk. You can also choose to enhance your experience with a guided tour of the Colosseum or the Vatican, delving deeper into the city’s rich history. Afterward, enjoy a typical Roman dinner or pizza, and unwind at your leisure. Overnight in Rome.

DAY 8 - SAT.
Farewell, But Not Goodbye
Sadly, it's time to say goodbye. After a final breakfast together, we’ll check out and transfer to FCO for your flight home.
If you’re not quite ready to leave, we’re happy to offer an optional extra day with a guided visit to either the Colosseum or Vatican, giving you one more chance to explore the wonders of Rome before you head home. We’ll miss you, but we hope this trip has left you with unforgettable memories and new friendships!

REQUIREMENTS
Passport: Must be valid for at least six months after your return date, with two blank pages.
New Online Registration: Starting sometime in 2025, US and Canadian citizens must register online to travel or transit through the UK and EU. This must be done prior to travel. This regulation has been announced but not yet implemented (see the official information).
