These Terms and Conditions apply to any website, brand, program, itinerary, retreat, tour, wholesale service, or custom travel service owned and operated by Alessandra Scotti through Able WorldWide LLC.

These Terms govern all travel related services provided under any trade name or brand operated by Able WorldWide LLC, including but not limited to:

LaDivinaTours.com
AbleWW.com
Any additional website or service operated by Able WorldWide LLC.

By accessing any website owned or operated by Able WorldWide LLC, or by engaging in any service provided directly or indirectly by Able WorldWide LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Multi-day Tours

Pricing Basis

All tour prices, package rates, deposits, and related fees are quoted per person unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, as part of a packaged special offer.

Tour Booking and Payment Terms

A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your reservation. The amount of the booking fee is specified on the applicable tour page. All deposits and payments are calculated per person, per tour.

Payments may be made by credit card, wire transfer, PayPal transfer, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.

Credit card payments incur a 3.5 percent processing fee for US issued cards and a 4.5 percent processing fee for international cards. Wire or PayPal transfers, Venmo, Zelle, and checks are accepted with no additional processing fee. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your bank are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Solo Travelers

There is no additional charge for solo travelers who wish to share accommodations. We will take care of matching you with another guest who has also requested shared accommodations.

If you prefer a private room, a supplemental single occupancy fee will apply.

If you request a shared room, you will not be required to pay any additional fee, even if a roommate cannot ultimately be found.

Balance of Payment

Full payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 2 months before the tour start date.

Payment plans or delayed payments may be offered only if agreed in advance. Any such arrangement does not modify the cancellation terms. Reservations are confirmed once the required payments have been received according to the agreed schedule. Payments not made by the agreed due date may incur a late fee and/or result in cancellation of the booking at the organizer’s discretion.

If payments are not made by the due date and no prior arrangement has been agreed, the reservation may be cancelled at the organizer’s discretion. In such cases, the applicable cancellation fee, as outlined in the Cancellation & Fees section, will apply based on the total tour price, and any unpaid portion remains due.

Cancellation & Fees

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee based on the total tour price, regardless of amounts paid:

  • 90+ days: Booking fee + 30% of total price

  • 89–60 days: Booking fee + 50% of total price

  • 59–30 days: Booking fee + 75% of total price

  • <30 days: 100% of total price

Any unpaid portion of the applicable cancellation fee remains due.
If payments made are less than the cancellation fee, the remaining balance must be paid.
If payments made exceed the cancellation fee, the excess will be refunded.

Late Bookings

For bookings made less than 2 months before the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and disruptions. Consider a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) plan.

You May Be Covered by Your Credit Card:

Some premium credit cards, like American Express and Chase Sapphire, offer travel insurance benefits that may cover trip cancellations, delays, and emergencies—it’s worth checking with your provider for details.All participants must have travel insurance that covers unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to personal accident and illness, baggage loss, trip cancellations, and emergency medical evacuation. Proof of insurance may be required.

Exclusions

The tour price does not include:

  • Airfare

  • Passport or visa fees

  • Travel and health insurance

  • Personal expenses such as phone calls, laundry, and excess baggage fees

  • Any services or activities not explicitly listed in the final itinerary

  • City/tourist taxes required by hotels or Villas in Italy (and some other major destinations worldwide). The amounts are decided by the local authorities and usually range between €1 and €10 per person, per night depending on location and accommodation.

Tour Cancellation Policy

Able World Wide LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour if necessary. In such cases, all payments made by participants will be refunded in full. However, no refund will be issued for participants who fail to join the tour, leave the tour early, or miss services included in the itinerary.

Able World Wide LLC also reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.

Loss or Damage

Able World Wide LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Participants are advised to safeguard their valuables at all times.

Injury or Illness

In case of illness or injury during the tour, Able World Wide LLC may, at the participant's expense, arrange medical treatment or emergency evacuation through the participant's travel insurance.

Program Adjustments

Able World Wide LLC reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the program, including itinerary, accommodations, included services, and group composition, when deemed appropriate. Any changes will be made with the intent of maintaining or improving the overall quality and experience of the tour and will not materially affect its value or enjoyment.

Exchange Rates and Taxes

Able World Wide LLC reserves the right to adjust tour prices due to significant fluctuations in exchange rates or new government-imposed taxes. Once a reservation is confirmed and paid in full, the price will not change for that tour.

Independent Suppliers

Able World Wide LLC does not own or operate transportation, hotels, restaurants, or other service providers. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party suppliers, including but not limited to service failures, cancellations, or disruptions.

Liability Waiver

By booking this tour, you acknowledge and agree that Able World Wide LLC and its representatives are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or other circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

  • Equipment breakdowns

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Theft or acts of violence

  • Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Natural disasters or severe weather

  • Transportation disruptions (e.g., flight cancellations, delays)

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Communication, Recording & Conduct

Participants agree that all communications with the Tour Operator and with other participants are private and intended solely for coordination of the tour experience.

The recording of phone calls, video calls, or any form of communication (including but not limited to audio, video, or screen recordings) is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of all parties involved.

Participants further agree not to share, distribute, publish, or transmit any private communications, recordings, screenshots, or personal information of other participants or the Tour Operator without explicit prior written consent.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism toward the Tour Operator and fellow travelers. Behavior that creates conflict, discomfort, or disrupts the group dynamic, including but not limited to harassment, intimidation, or dissemination of private communications, may result in removal from the tour at the sole discretion of the Tour Operator.

No refunds will be issued in the event of removal due to violation of these terms.

Professional Conduct & Good Faith Communication

Participants agree to communicate in good faith with the Tour Operator and to raise any concerns, questions, or issues directly and promptly so that they may be addressed appropriately.

Participants agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the Tour Operator or fellow participants. Any concerns regarding the tour or its participants should be raised directly with the Tour Operator prior to being shared publicly, so that an opportunity to respond or resolve the matter may be provided.

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive approach in all interactions. Behavior that undermines the experience of others or creates unnecessary conflict within the group may result in removal from the tour at the sole discretion of the Tour Operator.
