After spending years running SmartCruiseTours.com, I am now enjoying a well-earned retirement, embracing the pleasure of discovering new destinations, savoring exquisite cuisines, and helping loved ones plan their perfect getaways.

With nearly two decades of experience in crafting unforgettable travel adventures, I specialize in offering personalized concierge services, focusing on Italy and the Mediterranean. Although I’m mostly retired, I still find joy in dedicating some of my time to assist a select number of clients each year.

Wow! Where should I start ? Thank you, Alessandra for your patience and for answering all my 1001 (stupid) questions, your ideas on how to book tours for our 12 days Mediterranean Family Travel were genius! We had the time of our life. Spectacular views and delicious cuisine in Southern France, culture in Florence and Pisa. We enjoyed exploring Pompeii with our lovely tour guide Lili and our driver Nicola( he knows the best spots for pictures) and the breathtaking views of Amalfi Coast are still a vivid memory. Have I forgot to mention that it was 7 of us and my mother in law uses a wheelchair? And yes... They made everything as accessible possible for her ! Absolutely incredible experience and highly recommended! Thank you again for creating our memorable adventure!

I cannot express enough how happy we were with our tour of Tuscany with Julia. She became part of our family on this tour and we all were sorry to say goodbye. She was very helpful from beginning to end. Any issues we had she was very reassuring and handled everything for us, even helping carrying some luggage!
